DEMARC Extensions

A Demarc extension is a physical link connecting your communications network such as a T1, DSL, or phone line from the telephone company termination point in your building known as the demarcation point or Demarc. At this point most telephone companies also terminate their service and you are responsible for bringing the communications from the Demarc to your network or PBX. To accomplish this, the Demarc must be extended into your wiring closet or server room where your network or phone system is located.   GETATECH has the necessary experience and knowledge to perform Demarc extensions for any business in any environment.

Demarc Extension
GETATECH will run cabling from the Minimum Point of Entry (MPOE) or Telco Closet to your equipment room or the Main Distribution Frame (MDF). All cable runs will be neatly arranged and concealed as much as possible with mounting hardware. All cabling is then labeled, tested and certified.
     
Horizontal and Backbone Design & Installation

When purchasing a new T1, DSL or Broadband circuit GETATECH will work with the vendors to assure you’re network is up and running when you what it. GETATECH can also manage the change over from one vendor to another for a seamless no interruption installation.

 
Router Installation Services
